This auction features a 2017 Thor Citation Motorhome on a Mercedes Sprinter Chassis, 2011 Lance Pickup Camper, Tracker Jon Boat, Zodiac Inflatable Boat, Max 6 wheel Amphibian, Boat Motor, and Honda Rebel 250 Motorcycle. Bidding will begin on May 9th, at 9:00 AM, and items will begin closing on Thursday, May 16th, at 1:00 PM. LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close".  A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 2 minutes, then 2 minutes will be added to the time for that item.  All of these lots are linked together so if there is a bid on one item, it will extend the time on all the items. There will be a 10% buyers premium capped at $1000/item added to all winning bids.  There will be no additional charge for paying with a credit card. Money wires are encouraged for prompt pickup of items. Items may not be picked up before funds are in the bank. All items are at Ed and Annie's residence 4103 66th St S, Fargo, North Dakota 58104.

There are reasonable reserves on some items on this auction. Winning bidders should be prepared to buy the items at any price even if lot does not show "reserve met." The seller always has the option to lower the reserve.

Preview will be by appointment.

Auction Process, Agents for the Seller, Online Bidding:

Everything is sold as is where is. There are no guarantees to condition by Integrity Auctioneers. All guarantees to condition are between the seller and the buyer. All sales are final. Placing a bid in-person or through the online portal is a binding agreement such that if the bid wins the auction, bidders agree to purchase the item for the amount bid. Statements made at the auction take precedence over printed material.

Integrity Auctioneers, employees, and associates act as agents for the seller. All auctions are with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Auctions are with undisclosed reserves unless otherwise specified. All bids are subject to seller confirmation. Sellers reserve the right to lower reserves at any time. If the online portal shows “reserve not met,” winning bidders should still be prepared to purchase the item for the winning bid.

Integrity Auctioneers is not responsible for any glitches in the internet system. In the event of a tie bid between live bidders and/or internet bidders the winner will be chosen at the discretion of the auctioneer. If an item has a reserve, a bid will be an absolute bid up to the reserve price. Live-simulcast online auctions will end the bidding for each item when the auctioneer says “sold” for that item. Timed online auctions may be a hard close (bidding ends at a specific time), or soft close (a bid placed in the final moments of the auction will extend bidding).
