Online Auction

Simon Witt has decided to liquidate the contents of two storage units with the results of many home cleanouts. A few months ago he was diagnosed with cancer, and has decided to liquidate these items. Many of the items are in good condition.

This auction covers a diverse range of categories, making it a one-stop shop for anyone interested in acquiring unique, pre-owned items across home, hobby, and workshop applications. This auction features a wide variety of vintage, antique, and used household items, furniture, collectibles, tools, outdoor equipment, and more. Keywords: antique auction, used furniture, vintage toys, power tools, lawn mowers, snow blowers, kitchen appliances, cast iron cookware, vintage sewing machines, vinyl records, antique glassware, vintage signs, automotive parts, hand tools, woodworking equipment, farm equipment, sports memorabilia, and collectible decor.

Bidding will begin on April 11th, at 9:00 AM, and items will begin closing on Thursday, April 18th, at 6:00 PM. LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close".  A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 60 seconds, 60 seconds will be added to the time for that item.  There will be a 10% buyers premium added to all winning bids.  All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment.  Pickup will be 9 AM - 5 PM Friday 19th and 9AM - 5PM on Saturday April 20th. All items are at the old Miller Motors building, 1345 West Main Street, Valley City, ND

Preview Time Extended: There will be a preview time 10AM-5PM April 18th or by appointment.

Shortly after the auction ends, all winning bidders will be sent an email from Shipping Saint requesting them to choose a pick-up date & time.  Please pay attention to this.  Selecting a time allows you to pick up your items less chaotically, and prevents everyone from showing up at the same time.  If you are the winner of multiple lots & / or larger lots, be mindful to schedule your pick-up time early in the day.

SHIPPING will NOT be available for this auction without prior arrangement with Ben.  Delivery is possible to Harvey, Carrington, New Rockford for smaller, manageable lots for $5/lot.  Furniture, toolboxes, and large lots, etc., are considered non-manageable lots.

Contact Ben Stiegelmeier (605-850-1330) for any and all questions pertaining to this auction.

Auction Process, Agents for the Seller, Online Bidding:

Everything is sold as is where is. There are no guarantees to condition by Integrity Auctioneers. All guarantees to condition are between the seller and the buyer. All sales are final. Placing a bid in-person or through the online portal is a binding agreement such that if the bid wins the auction, bidders agree to purchase the item for the amount bid. Statements made at the auction take precedence over printed material.

Integrity Auctioneers, employees, and associates act as agents for the seller. All auctions are with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Auctions are with undisclosed reserves unless otherwise specified. All bids are subject to seller confirmation. Sellers reserve the right to lower reserves at any time. If the online portal shows “reserve not met,” winning bidders should still be prepared to purchase the item for the winning bid.

Integrity Auctioneers is not responsible for any glitches in the internet system. In the event of a tie bid between live bidders and/or internet bidders the winner will be chosen at the discretion of the auctioneer. If an item has a reserve, a bid will be an absolute bid up to the reserve price. Live-simulcast online auctions will end the bidding for each item when the auctioneer says “sold” for that item. Timed online auctions may be a hard close (bidding ends at a specific time), or soft close (a bid placed in the final moments of the auction will extend bidding).

Location & Inspection

Some items may not be at the auction location for various reasons. Bidders acknowledge that they are responsible for inspecting any item for condition. Bidders are encouraged to inquire about specific details such as condition, item location, the process of the auction such as live, online or a combination of bidding, any additional fees applicable to an item/auction, and loadout/pickup schedule.

Integrity Auctioneers offers shipping on select items. Buyers agree to pay Integrity Auctioneers any fees for shipping and handling if services/materials are used.

Buyer Default, Fraud, & Abandonment:

Integrity Auctioneers may charge credit cards on file for the full price of invoices including fees following the 48 hour time allotment for payment. After this time invoices with a balance outstanding will be considered defaulted. Defaulted invoices and payment fraud may be subject to administrative fees legal fees and criminal charges and may result in the user being blocked from participating in any further auctions. Fake, shill bidding, or bidding on behalf of your items or someone you are party to for the purpose of manipulating the bid is prohibited.

Unless otherwise stated buyers have 30 days to remove items. If items are at Integrity location, buyers are responsible for coordinating pickup with the appropriate person. Buyers are responsible for all lifting, loading, and shipping equipment costs and labor unless otherwise stated.
