All guns will be sold following ATF regulations. Any guns purchased via online bidding will be transferred through an FFL in Minot, ND and will incur an additional $20 fee paid by the buyer. Winning online bidders can either pick up the firearms in Minot following the background check or have the firearms shipped to another FFL near them. All Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. Winning online bidders are not allowed to pick up their guns at the auction location or have someone else pick them up.
