Bidding, Preview, Payment: 
Bidding will open July 30th, Closes 6PM August 6th.  LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close".  A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 60 seconds, then 60 seconds will be added to the time for that item.  Preview will be August 6 starting at 2PM. There will be a 10% buyers premium Capped at $1000/lot added to all winning bids. All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment. Invoices over $1000 will have the option to pay via cash, check, or money wire, or will need to pay a 4% credit card fee. All funds must be received the day following the auction. 

Pick Up/Shipping Schedule/Format: 
Shipping will NOT be offered. Shortly after the auction ends, all winning bidders will be sent an email and/or text from Shipping Saint requesting them to choose a pick-up date & time.  Please pay attention to this.  Selecting a time allows you to pick up your items less chaotically, and prevents everyone from showing up at the same time.  If you are the winner of multiple lots &/or larger lots, be mindful to schedule your pick-up time early in the day. Pickup will be 10AM - 3PM Friday August 7th & 8th ONLY. 

Auctioneer Notes:
The property has sold and the family is needing everything cleaned out. Anything left at the end of pickup times will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of. There is absolutely ZERO options for late pickup. There was a dog in the house several years ago, but it is a non-smoking house.

New bidders are encouraged to register at least one day prior to the end of  the auction.
