Description:
This auction features a wide variety of items, but the main focus is 1993 John Deere 7600 tractor, 1999 John Deere 7610 with a 740 self-leveling loader, Rowse double 9 hydraulic drive mower. These items will be listed online. 

Bidding, Preview, Payment: 
Bidding will open one week prior to auction day.  LEARN HOW TO BID HERE There will be a 10% buyers premium Capped at $1000/lot added to all winning bids.  All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment, Invoices over $3000 will have the option to pay another way. 

Location Notes:
The address does not work on gps maps. If you are using google maps go to "Crystal Springs Homestead." Directions from Hwy 14 North of Drake and South of Towner: On the South side of Kopperdahl Hill go West on 56th St NE for 3.5 miles. Turn right (North) to stay on 56th St. Follow the road for 2.5 miles. The road curves, crosses the Suris River and comes out up on the prairie. You will come to an intersection of Center Lane. Turn South and follow the driveway into the yard. 

New bidders are encouraged to register at least one day prior to the end of  the auction.
