Description:
This auction features inventory from The Stuffitorium.  The Inventory Control Coordinator at The Stuffitorium fell asleep at the wheel, and it's well past time for a downsizing auction.  This will be the 1st of several sales.  Up for the highest bids this time around will be a couple hundred lots of fun & unique pieces, antiques, farm junk, primitives, signs, project pieces, yard art / decor, and other interesting items gathered by Justin throughout the years.   

Bidding, Preview, Payment: 
Bidding will open on July 2nd and begin closing at 6:30PM on Thursday, July 9th.  LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close".  A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 60 seconds, then 60 seconds will be added to the time for that item.  Preview will be on Thursday, July 9th from 1-5PM or by appointment. There will be a 10% buyers premium Capped at $1000/lot added to all winning bids.  All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment. Invoices over $1000 will have the option to pay via cash, check, or money wire. All funds must be received the day following the auction. 

Pick Up/Shipping Schedule/Format: 
Shipping will NOT be offered. Shortly after the auction ends, all winning bidders will be sent an email and/or text from Shipping Saint requesting them to choose a pick-up date & time.  Please pay attention to this.  Selecting a time allows you to pick up your items less chaotically, and prevents everyone from showing up at the same time.  If you are the winner of multiple lots &/or larger lots, be mindful to schedule your pick-up time early in the day. Pickup will be 10AM - 4PM Friday July 10th & Saturday July 11th ONLY.
