Bidding, Preview, Payment: 
Bidding will open December 1st and begin closing at 6PM, December 8th.  LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close".  A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 60 seconds, then 60 seconds will be added to the time for that item.  Preview will be December 8th 1-5PM or by appointment. There will be a 10% buyers premium Capped at $500/lot added to all winning bids. There will also be 4.2% sales tax added to all purchases.  All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment. Invoices over $1000 will have the option to pay via cash, check, or money wire. All funds must be received the day following the auction. 

Pick Up/Shipping Schedule/Format: 
Shipping will NOT be offered. Shortly after the auction ends, all winning bidders will be sent an email and/or text from Shipping Saint requesting them to choose a pick-up date & time.  Please pay attention to this.  Selecting a time allows you to pick up your items less chaotically, and prevents everyone from showing up at the same time.  If you are the winner of multiple lots &/or larger lots, be mindful to schedule your pick-up time early in the day. Pickup will be 10AM - 4PM Tuesday & Wednesday December 9th and 10th ONLY or by prior appointment. Seller reserves the right to use the New Holland Tractor for loading through December 15th. 

Location Notes:
This location is in a home and outbuildings a couple miles outside of Selby, SD. Larry and Deb have been lifelong collectors. Larry owned/managed a John Deere dealership in Selby for many years and owned an antique store for many years also. Janice Thorstenson, and her late husband Merlin, have been collectors in the area for many years. Janice has decided to sell part of their family collection.
