Bidding, Preview, Payment: 
Bidding will open September 18th and begin closing at 6PM, September 25th.  LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close".  A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last minute, then 1 minute will be added to the time for that item.  Preview will be September 25th 1-5PM. There will be a 10% buyers premium. All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment. 

Pick Up/Shipping Schedule/Format: 
Shipping will NOT be offered. Shortly after the auction ends, all winning bidders will be sent an email and/or text from Shipping Saint requesting them to choose a pick-up date & time.  Please pay attention to this.  Selecting a time allows you to pick up your items less chaotically, and prevents everyone from showing up at the same time.  If you are the winner of multiple lots &/or larger lots, be mindful to schedule your pick-up time early in the day. Pickup will be 10AM - 4PM Friday September 26th & Saturday the 27th ONLY. Any other pickup/shipping must have arrangements made with the auctioneer prior to the close of the auction or will incur charges. There will not be any skid-steer or loader available. Buyers must have their own capabilities of loading items. 

Location Notes:
Everything is on the main floor of the home or on ground level of buildings. The home is smoke free and pet free, however there is some mold in the home. Please be aware of potential dust and mold when bidding on blankets, upholstered items, toys, etc. They will need a good cleaning. Please be prepared to load your items yourself. 

New bidders are encouraged to register at least one day prior to the end of  the auction.
