Bidding, Preview, Payment: 
Bidding will open August 14 and begin closing at 6PM Thursday August 21st.  LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close".  A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 1 minute, then 1 minute will be added to the time for that item.  Preview will be August 21st 1-5PM. There will be a 10% buyers premium Capped at $1000/lot added to all winning bids.  All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment. Invoices over $1000 will have the option to pay via cash, check, or money wire. All funds must be received the day following the auction. 

Pick Up/Shipping Schedule/Format: 
Shipping will NOT be offered. Shortly after the auction ends, all winning bidders will be sent an email and/or text from Shipping Saint requesting them to choose a pick-up date & time.  Please pay attention to this.  Selecting a time allows you to pick up your items less chaotically, and prevents everyone from showing up at the same time.  If you are the winner of multiple lots &/or larger lots, be mindful to schedule your pick-up time early in the day. Pickup will be 3PM-7PM Friday August 22nd & 10AM - 4PM August 23rd ONLY. Buyers are responsible for lifting and loading of any/all items. Buyers of non-running vehicles, please contact Justin Seifert 701-833-4450 to set up a time to get your vehicles in order to minimize congestion. 

Location Notes:
This location is tucked in a private, narrow driveway. It is imperative that buyers schedule a time and bring help to load. Lots 247-263 are in the upper level of a barn and accessible only by a ladder.

New bidders are encouraged to register at least one day prior to the end of  the auction.
