Bidding, Preview, Payment: 
LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close".  A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 1 minute, then 1 minute will be added to the time for that item.  Preview will be June 19th 1-5PM Only. There will be a 10% buyers premium Capped at $1000/lot added to all winning bids.  All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment. Invoices over $1000 will have the option to pay via cash, check, or money wire. All funds must be received the day following the auction. 

Pick Up/Shipping Schedule/Format: 
Shipping will NOT be offered. Shortly after the auction ends, all winning bidders will be sent an email and/or text from Shipping Saint requesting them to choose a pick-up date & time.  Please pay attention to this.  Selecting a time allows you to pick up your items less chaotically, and prevents everyone from showing up at the same time.  If you are the winner of multiple lots &/or larger lots, be mindful to schedule your pick-up time early in the day. Pickup will be 10AM - 4PM Friday June 20th & Saturday June 21st ONLY. Any other pickup/shipping must have arrangements made with the auctioneer prior to the close of the auction or will incur charges. 

Firearms:
All relevant firearms will be transferred through Lemer's Ace Hardware (FFL), of Harvey, ND. Buyers will pay Integrity Auctioneers for the purchase price plus the buyers premium and pay a fee of $25/gun to the FFL upon pick up. Shipping is offered on guns to out of state buyers. Winning bidders will be given contact information to arrange pickup with Lemer's during normal business hours.

Location Notes:
This is a very nice single level home. Winning bidders must bring their own muscle to move and load items. Extra care must be taken to prevent scratching or damaging the flooring/paint/home. 

New bidders are encouraged to register at least one day prior to the end of  the auction.
