Bidding, Preview, Payment: 
Bidding will open May 29th and Begins Closing 6PM Thursday June 5th.  LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close".  A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 1 minute, then 1 minute will be added to the time for that item.  Preview will be June 5th 1-5PM or by appointment. There will be a 10% buyers premium Capped at $1000/lot added to all winning bids.  All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment. Invoices over $1000 will have the option to pay via cash, check, or money wire. All funds must be received the day following the auction. 

Pick Up/Shipping Schedule/Format: 
Shipping will NOT be offered. Shortly after the auction ends, all winning bidders will be sent an email and/or text from Shipping Saint requesting them to choose a pick-up date & time.  Please pay attention to this.  Selecting a time allows you to pick up your items less chaotically, and prevents everyone from showing up at the same time.  If you are the winner of multiple lots &/or larger lots, be mindful to schedule your pick-up time early in the day. Pickup will be 10AM - 4PM Friday June 6th & Saturday June 7th ONLY. Any other pickup/shipping must have arrangements made with the auctioneer prior to the close of the auction or will incur charges. Bidders interested in vehicles and items that will take time to load must be in contact with the auctioneer prior to the close of the auction. 

Firearms:
All relevant firearms will be transferred through Craig Roe (FFL), near Kindred, ND. Buyers will pay Integrity Auctioneers for the purchase price plus the buyers premium and pay a fee of $25/gun to the FFL upon pick up. Shipping is offered on guns to out of state buyers. Winning bidders will be given contact information to arrange pickup with Craig. Guns can be previewed at the auction location.

Location Notes:
This is in a farm yard. Items are located in multiple buildings. Be prepared to pick up from several buildings. There is a skid steer to help load heavy items. Please bring your own help to load your items. 

New bidders are encouraged to register at least one day prior to the end of  the auction.
