Bidding, Preview, Payment: 
Bidding will open April 17th and begin closing at 6PM, April 24th.  LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close".  A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 60 seconds, then 60 seconds will be added to the time for that item.  Preview will be April 24th 1-5PM or by appointment. There will be a 10% buyers premium Capped at $1000/lot added to all winning bids.  All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment.

Pick Up/Shipping Schedule/Format: 
Shipping will NOT be offered. Shortly after the auction ends, all winning bidders will be sent an email and/or text from Shipping Saint requesting them to choose a pick-up date & time.  Please pay attention to this.  Selecting a time allows you to pick up your items less chaotically, and prevents everyone from showing up at the same time.  If you are the winner of multiple lots &/or larger lots, be mindful to schedule your pick-up time early in the day. Pickup will be 10AM - 4PM Friday April 25th ONLY. Please see the directions in "Location Notes." Any other pickup/shipping must have arrangements made with the auctioneer prior to the close of the auction or will incur charges. 

Location Notes:
Items will be stored in back garages, not accessible from the house. Nothing will be in the house. Pickerupers must go east out of Town on the paved rd. From McKenzie Ave, go 1/10th of a mile East and turn into the approach on the North side of the road (Follow Signs). There were some pets in the home previously. There is not a lot of pet hair, but some of the upholstered furniture has scratch marks which we tried to mention in the item descriptions. 

New bidders are encouraged to register at least one day prior to the end of  the auction.
