Bidding, Preview, Payment:
Bidding will open May 8th and begin closing at 6PM, May 15th. LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close". A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 60 seconds, then 60 seconds will be added to the time for that item. Preview will be May 15th 1-5PM or by appointment. There will be a 10% buyers premium Capped at $1000/lot added to all winning bids. All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment, Invoices over $1000 will have the option to pay another way. Note on Bidding on Pennies: All the lots of pennies at the end (311-345) will be tied together so if a bid is placed on one lot, all the lots will be extended.
Pick Up/Shipping Schedule/Format:
Shipping will NOT be offered. Shortly after the auction ends, all winning bidders will be sent an email and/or text from Shipping Saint requesting them to choose a pick-up date & time. Please pay attention to this. Selecting a time allows you to pick up your items less chaotically, and prevents everyone from showing up at the same time. If you are the winner of multiple lots &/or larger lots, be mindful to schedule your pick-up time early in the day. Pickup will be 10AM - 4PM Friday May 16th ONLY. Any other pickup/shipping must have arrangements made with the auctioneer prior to the close of the auction or will incur charges. Bidders interested in vehicles and items that will take time to load must be in contact with the auctioneer prior to the close of the auction.
Location Notes:
This location is a home and garages in Valley City. Some furniture is on the upper level of a split level home. There will be a skid steer around for the one pickup day. Please bring your own help to move furniture and any other items.
Notes on Pennies:
The pennies were sorted and bagged by Marshall. We are assuming that the counts and descriptions are accurate. However, Ben did see some wheat pennies that were in with the pennies labeled "pre-1982." Also,"pre-1982" could include some 1982 pennies. All pennies will have bid increments of $1. All pennies in lots 311 and after are tied together so if a bid is placed on one lot, it will extend all of the lots 311-345. Lot numbers: 110, 111, 279, 280, and 288 are not tied to each other or to any other lots.
New bidders are encouraged to register at least one day prior to the end of the auction.
